SKILLS YOU’LL NEED

• Relevant experience in a Supply Chain Operational environment
• Ability to train team members in providing exceptional levels of service
• Advanced computer, writing and data management skills i.e., Excel
• Strong communication skills both oral and written
• Ability to manage and prioritize numerous tasks concurrently

SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU EXCEL

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred, (Business Administration/Management) but not required; some college experience and/or high-school diploma required
• An excellent, confident communicator both internally and with clients (written, verbal and in person)
• Intermediate to advance level of using MS Excel and/or Access Database
• Able to operate calmly and efficiently in a high volume, fast-paced atmosphere that maintains a very low margin of error

• Serve as an assistant to the Operation’s AVP/VP in Santa Ana partnering and collaborating with a growing a successful Document Custody business
• Utilizing comprehensive knowledge of the company’s internal operations to develop forward-looking focus for business
• Supporting bank strategy, proactively identifying, and managing areas of risk
• Accountable for daily enquiries on behalf of the Bank’s clients
• Complete daily and weekly production logs and reports and submitting to supervisors or other management
