SKILLS YOU’LL NEED

  • Relevant experience in a Supply Chain Operational environment
  • Ability to train team members in providing exceptional levels of service
  • Advanced computer, writing and data management skills i.e., Excel
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written
  • Ability to manage and prioritize numerous tasks concurrently

SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU EXCEL

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred, (Business Administration/Management) but not required; some college experience and/or high-school diploma required
  • An excellent, confident communicator both internally and with clients (written, verbal and in person)
  • Intermediate to advance level of using MS Excel and/or Access Database
  • Able to operate calmly and efficiently in a high volume, fast-paced atmosphere that maintains a very low margin of error

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an assistant to the Operation’s Assistant Vice President (AVP)/ Vice President (VP) in Santa Ana partnering and collaborating with a growing a successful Document Custody business
  • Process incoming loan volume for correspondent clients including, but not limited to, data entry & sanitization, and loan file processing
  • Complete daily and weekly production logs and reports, and submitting to supervisors or other management
  • Work with assigned team to maintain, create and develop improved quality control and auditing
