Description:

DESCRIPTION

Trustpoint.One has an immediate opening for a Document Scanning Clerk on a temporary basis for an Am Law 100 law firm. This role will work on scanning and digitizing files of a confidential nature. Successful candidates will have previous experience in the scanning and organization of both physical and electronic files. The expected duration of the assignment will be 2-3 months and will be onsite in the firm’s Downtown office.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate scanning equipment to convert paper files into digital format
  • Review scanned documents for clarity and accuracy
  • Scanning of all prepped documents, which may include document sorting, counting, and page separation
  • Organize electronic files in the designated document management system
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of personnel records
  • Collaborate with HR team members to ensure seamless integration of electronic documents

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in using scanners and related software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate effectively with all levels of attorneys and staff
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality of all records, files, documents and department information
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks quickly and efficiently
  • All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time
