We are seeking a Document Specialist. The role itself relies on the creation and administration of varied complex business and legal documents with detail and accuracy. Our clients rely on our expertise to deliver impactful administration support within strict time frames, for them to deliver on their promises to clients.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum typing speed of forty words per minute
- MS Office Document formatting skills in creating tables, charts, diagrams and making sense of data sets.
- Working with the latest legal technology software to enhance turnaround and document quality.
- Dictaphone typing of board and committee meetings for review and sign off.
- Production of legal documentation and client presentation packs with a high level of English language
- Support business professionals in the transferring and delivery of documents to desired location and address.
- Liaising with Accounts department regarding the closing of accounts, banking, and billing activities
- Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail
- Communication skills with the team and client to collaborate and deliver work that wows.
