Job Title: Documentation Specialist
Location: CBD, Melbourne, Australia
Minimum Education: Engineering Degree
Duration: ASAP until end of June 2024 – Possible extension (not guaranteed)
Role Overview:
Documentation Specialist to join the team and assist in the creation, updating, and review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions for the Melbourne building.
The ideal candidate will have experience in documentation, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry and a strong understanding of GxP standards. However, candidates with experience in food or FMCG industries will also be considered. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Write approximately 70 outstanding documents by the end of the financial year, covering various areas such as waste management and hazard management.
Ensure documents are detailed and comprehensive, including diagrams and photos where necessary.
Utilise documentation from other sites as examples or templates, adapting them to suit specific requirements.
Update existing documents as needed, incorporating changes and improvements.
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to review and revise documents as required.
Develop a project plan to outline the completion schedule for all documentation tasks.
Flexibility: Initially onsite 4-5 days per week with the potential for remote work after training.
Hours: Monday to Friday, standard hours with occasional weekend work.
Overtime: Possibly required on occasion, but not regularly.
Potential for Extension: Potential for extension based on business needs, but not guaranteed.
