REQUIREMENTS

  • Procurement, contract management, and work health and safety are managed in line with PIRSA processes.
  • The function of the Dog Fence Board is integrated into the Dog Fence Rebuild Project and local boards, and the rebuild team and committee are supported throughout the project.
  • Relationships between stakeholders of the Dog Fence will be developed and maintained to ensure successful management of the Dog Fence.
  • Impacts on sheep and cattle producers inside the Dog Fence are reduced.
  • Effective communication and reporting on the management of the Dog Fence are provided to the Australian and South Australian Governments and industry groups who financially contribute to and benefit from the Dog Fence.
  • The incumbent will be required to undertake emergency management training and must be willing to participate in emergency preparedness, response and recovery activities required by government agencies
