Description:

COULD YOU BE OUR NEXT DONOR RELATIONS MANAGER?

The Campaign and Alumni Relations Office (CARO) engages our global community of over 320,000 alumni, in almost 200 countries, so that they continue to thrive. We offer opportunities for alumni, friends and supporters to stay in touch with the university and encourage them to give donations and volunteer their time to support students from a wide range of backgrounds and to contribute to research that changes the world.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Donor Relations Manager who can help us to achieve our objectives of increasing levels of philanthropic funding to the university. You will play a crucial role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our donors, ensuring they feel valued and informed about the impact of their contributions.
The Donor Relations team, and the wider Campaign and Alumni Relations Office (CARO), strives to foster a welcoming, inspiring and supportive workplace. ?We have a diverse university community who come from a mix of cultures and backgrounds, and we aspire to reflect that within CARO. We are seeking applications from candidates whose background, experience and identity broadens and enhances the diversity of our existing team. We would especially welcome applications from members of groups who are currently underrepresented.
Reporting to the Head of Donor Relations, you will plan, develop and deliver a customised programme of university-wide supporter engagement through high quality activities, communications and events to thank supporters. Working collaboratively with colleagues, you will utilise your communication skills to maximise stewardship opportunities across print and digital platforms, analysing the impact and reporting on audience insights to inform future activity.
