  Donut King Marrickville is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join the team as a Supervisor. This is a great opportunity for someone to assist our Store Manager and who is looking to build on their current management and team building skills.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

• Managing and handling coffee preparation
• Excellent customer service and presentation
• Store opening and closing duties
• Serving and engaging with guests
• Assisting with stock control
• Assisting in training
• Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the store
• Supporting and developing the team to ensure they are providing best in class customer service within an enjoyable working environment
• General clean-up duties

• Demonstrated experience in Food/Hospitality
• Barista experience
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Ability to take initiative and think on your feet
• High attention to detail
• A reliable and ‘can-do’ attitude
• Available to work on weekdays and weekends (varied hours on a rotating roster up to 36 hours/week)
