Drafting Team Leader role for prominent builder who deliver high quality detached housing and MD solutions
Responsibilities:
YOUR NEW ROLE
An opportunity has opened up for an experienced drafting professional to join the team in a key leadership role as Drafting Team Leader. This critical role will see the successful applicant being responsible for the following duties
- Overseeing the “day to day” management of a team of 5 drafters (mix of internal and external resources)
- Overseeing the teams’ performance in line with delivering projects in timeframes and accuracy levels
- Working with team to create templates for masters and ensuring drawings and specs are regularly updated in central libraries
- Oversee and manage workflow allocations
- Develop and upskill teams technically where required
