This is a stimulating and challenging role located in our stunning, state of the art Robina Office within the busy Queensland Sales Support Drafting Team.

Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing documentation provided by Sales and resolving design complications by providing new/alternate design solutions;
• Ensuring sales documentation complies with Metricon’s company guidelines;
• Assisting in the development of sales documentation to improve operational efficiency;
• Providing face to face design consultation with existing customers when required; and
• Ensuring that the relationships with all internal departments, external customers, suppliers, agents and contractors are maintained and improved.

The successful candidate will have:

• A minimum of 3 years relevant experience within the residential building industry;
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to relate to both technical and non-technical minded people;
• Exceptional knowledge of the NCC, QDC and experience in AutoCAD; and
• A proactive approach combined with a strong problem solving ability.
