THE OPPORTUNITY
Are you ready to elevate your career and make an impact? We’re seeking a passionate individual and a strong work ethic to join our team as a Driver Debrief Coordinator based in out Perth Airport Depot.
- Cultivate strong relationships with drivers to meet business expectations while also handling administrative tasks efficiently.
- Communicate issues affecting operations and assist in identifying solutions, all while managing administrative responsibilities.
- Verify driver run sheets for compliance and ensure all necessary paperwork, including connotes and PODs, is received and compliant.
- Coordinate with drivers to obtain daily run sheets for costing and payroll, while also managing administrative tasks such as data entry.
- Collect and organize pallet dockets from drivers, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Check and cross-reference quantities recorded on paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and maintain administrative documents in designated areas for easy access by the business.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 2 years’ experience in a similar or equivalent administrative role, preferably in the transport industry
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities, adept at engaging with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
- Meticulous attention to detail and capacity to work autonomously in administrative and data entry tasks.
- Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written outstanding time management skills.
