Description:
With the expansion of our client’s third party blood screening services in Ireland, they are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual for a Driver position.
This role will be based out of their Sandyford clinic, the role will require the collection and delivery of samples between third-party clinics, and their Clinics / Laboratories. The successful applicant will join a multi-disciplinary team and play an active role in providing an exceptional service to clients.
The successful applicants will be required to undergo a Garda check.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the blood samples within the clinic and delivering them to the laboratory throughout the day.
- Completing all necessary paperwork, including chain of custody.
- Liaising with clients and representing the organisation to the highest standard.
- Planning your routes to navigate with the least delays and most efficient way possible.
- Ensure samples are transported in their desired condition.
- Ensuring good communication with the Clinic Manager and clinic teams to ensure all sample collections are actioned promptly.
- Maintain the upkeep of the company vehicle.
- Daily checks including tyres and oil.
- Moving stock between clinics, when and if required.
- Occasionally helping out transport stock and equipment for off-sites and pop-up clinics.
