Description:
YOUR MISSION
As a Drug Discovery Lead in AI for ADC Development, you will be instrumental in shaping the future
of cancer treatment. Your expertise in both artificial intelligence and drug discovery will drive the
development of next-generation ADCs, leveraging computational methods to predict, design, and
optimize these powerful therapies. Your leadership will not only advance our drug discovery pipeline
but also contribute to the broader goal of transforming patient outcomes in oncology.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers in the application of AI and machine learning (ML) algorithms to identify novel targets and design ADCs with enhanced efficacy and safety profiles.
- Oversee the integration of AI tools with experimental data to streamline the ADC development process, from target validation through to preclinical testing.
- Collaborate with bioinformatics and cheminformatics teams to harness large datasets for predictive modeling and molecular simulations.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with academic, clinical, and industry partners to enrich our AI capabilities and drug discovery pipeline.
- Stay abreast of and contribute to advancements in AI, drug discovery technologies, and oncology research.
- Ensure projects adhere to scientific and ethical standards, with a commitment to precision medicine and patient safety.
- Mentor team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
