REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience with Drupal (latest versions 10.x) and PHP.
• Proven experience in managing operational and project status, as well as business requirements.
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum development practices, with the ability to lead and manage agile teams.
• Obtain and maintain a minimum favorable active security clearance investigation level of Tier 4 (T4) per OPM Position Designation System.
• Proficiency in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web development frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  Public Trust Security Clearance is the lowest level of additional background screening that the federal government requires for applicants of certain jobs, which includes completing a Standard Form 85 (SF85) form.

• Lead the design and development of system architectures, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Define key capabilities and performance requirements, and identify design and technology maturity constraints of the system.
• Develop and oversee the system implementation approach and operational concepts.
• Ensure all requirements are met and evaluate system performance.
• Perform routine website audits to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Conduct ongoing maintenance on an as-needed basis to ensure the website remains up-to-date and functional.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment are followed.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system architectures, implementation plans, and maintenance procedures.
