The Team you will be part of
Based out of our HQ in Ballerup with some flexibility to work remotely during the week, you will be joining our Algorithm Development team. We consist of 11 ambitious developers who work closely with our research team to translate, implement and verify ideas into concrete product features to benefit our customers. Our team further collaborates and shares knowledge with our sister team in the Netherlands.
As a team we focus on applied signal processing. Your core responsibility is to implement audio algorithms for our hearing aids and audio solutions. Doing so, you will become part of a sound software Scrum team that interface with researchers, audiologists, and electro-acoustic colleagues. As member of a sound team, the main challenge is to grasp the idea of the desired audio algorithms, and then design and implement these under strict power and memory constraints on our own proprietary DSP.

- Taking responsibility for automated tests of your code, where the automated tests are to be used in our continuous integration pipeline
- Investigating and fix defects found in our platform
- Contributing to planning, demoing, knowledge sharing and creating retrospectives across the development teams to facilitate collaboration on common solutions
- Working with future LE Audio technologies to enable sound integration between our devices and other systems enabling new possibilities in society for all the users of our hearing aids and earbuds
To succeed in the role, we imagine that you…
