About the role
An exciting opportunity is now available for a passionate individual looking to join the team based in our Daikin Trade Centre in Murarrie QLD, available for immediate start.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this hands-on role is responsible for providing professional customer service to Daikin customers through the prompt processing and managing of sales orders.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited, to:

• Prepare and capture sales order details accurately for entry into SAP.
• Accurately preparing and capturing sales orders, processing stock movements, and processing EFT payments.
• Promptly and professionally tend to customer enquiries and keep customers informed on their sales orders and delivery.

To be successful in your application for this role, we will be considering the following:

• Strong customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Data entry experience and exposure to SAP or a similar system will be advantageous.
