Description:

Are you a committed, dynamic and professionally motivated practitioner? Are you looking for an opportunity to positively influence the development of Day Treatment care services, within the procedure room environment.
Do you have the knowledge and skills to help play an important role within the Stamford DTU team?
An opportunity has arisen for a skilled, knowledgeable and professionally motivated practitioner.
You must be a qualified RN/RODP and ideally have experience within this area. All short listed applicants require professional registration and any overseas applicants working towards this, must apply via the NWAFT overseas programme, where OSCE is supported.
Please do not apply direct, if you are an overseas applicant, without professional registration.
You will be a registered RN/ODP practitioner and will be expected to work within the whole of the Day Treatment environment, including admissions, minor scrub and discharge. Experience of scrub is preferred but a willingness to learn the skills required would be considered, training can be given within the work environment. You should be able to provide evidence of ongoing professional development, be able to prioritise your own workload and be able to work effectively within a multi disciplinary team. You should be innovative and dynamic with excellent communication skills, and possess the ability to put quality patient care at the forefront of your practice.
Our teams work hard to be flexible and promote a healthy work/home life balance and so agile working options are automatically considered for all roles within the Trust. Talk to the Recruiting Manager about what this means in practice for you.
Your package with us includes a lot more than just your pay and here are a few of the additional benefits that are available to you as an employee:
Access to the NHS Pension Scheme
Generous Holiday Entitlement, starting at 27 days a year (for full time workers) plus bank/public holidays
