Partner One is looking for a Due Diligence Analyst to join the team. This is a full-time, permanent role.
The Due Diligence Analyst will be a part of the Mergers and Acquisition team and will be responsible for supporting activities related to due diligence, and execution of acquisitions.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1 – 2 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity or Management Consulting is a must
- Demonstrated strong academic performance at a top-tier institution
- Undergraduate degree in business viewed favorably
- Maturity and presence to interact with C-level executives
- Self-starter with strong sales and communication skills
- Strong analytical and Excel skill with attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and recognize new acquisition opportunities.
- Identify software businesses that meet our acquisition criteria/metrics and move opportunities through the deal cycle.
- Assist with the computation of various models to better comprehend quantitative data and derive analysis.
- Analyze various inbound files from the target and communicate findings with management to aid with diligence efforts.
- Support the M&A team with various ad hoc tasks related to the closing of live deals.
- Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams for data requests, information sharing, project team meetings and deal execution.
