Description:

  • Must have active Radiographer & Sonographer accreditation.
  • Above market salary package - inc penalty rates for later shifts.
  • Work across Xray and Ultrasound - Ideally will have Emergency experience.

KEY SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Can only consider qualified Sonographers.
  • Strong technical skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong patient care approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Current ASAR/AHPRA Registration.
  • Relevant Ultrasound & Radiology Qualification.
  • Ideal candidate will have a firm grasp on General, MSK, Basic Vascular & O+G & must be able to do Xray.

Responsibilities:

  • Urgent Care Centre - Work across Ultrasound and Xray
  • Start late (11am) and finish late (7pm)
  • Communicating effectively with patients and colleagues.
  • Maintaining equipment and ensuring quality control measures.
  • Perform ultrasound exams on patients of all ages.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records.
