As an Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact of customers to directly attend their inquiries.

Tasks

  • Responding to customer inquiries with clarity and helpful information.
  • Addressing and resolving customer questions promptly.
  • Handling customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Investigating the root causes of complaints for effective resolution.
  • Implementing improvements based on feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent level of Dutch language
  • Working proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
  • Good upselling skills and capacity to engage with customers by providing a warm and cordial atmosphere with every contact
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or a credit recovery experience preferred
  • For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit
