MakesYouLocal helps webshops to expand and succeed abroad. Several of our clients are focusing on markets across Europe, including the Netherlands, which is why we are looking for new colleagues to join our Dutch team in Copenhagen!
In this position, you will play an important part in our clients’ success in the Dutch market. Together with the team, you will help the customers with the issues they have, when shopping online. Your job will primarily be customer service by mail, chat and phone call - our Dutch customers love to call and have a chat.
Our new colleague should have excellent verbal and written skills in Englsh, and have a good understanding of Dutch customers’ mindset, as well as first-hand knowledge of the culture.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM OUR NEXT COLLEAGUE?

We are looking for people with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers. Experience in a relevant field such as e-commerce, customer service, retail, hospitality or similar is a plus, however, the most important thing is a willingness to learn.
