Responsibilities:

As an energetic, passionate and experienced Duty Manager you will join the management team to drive and deliver exceptional experiences for our customers each and every day. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring the team whilst managing a variety of shift operations, working closely with the General Manager.
You will be a positive and passionate manager with a demonstrated history of working in high volume Gaming venue. In addition, you will be motivated to work hands-on having a presence on the floor while supporting our team to deliver exceptional experiences. You will work to create an environment when our staff are inspired to thrive and develop themselves and positively impact the venue. In addition, you will need to demonstrate the following:
Confident in venue open and close-down operations
Availability to work a flexible roster that will include some weekends, nights and public holidays
At least 2 years’ experience as a Duty manger, in venues with high volume gaming operations.
Current NSW RSA/RCG and advanced ARCG
Experience using IdealPos and Deputy would be advantageous
Humble, down to earth, able to use initiative & show exceptional leadership skills
Able to remain calm under pressure creating a collaborative and productive energy across the team
Able to think on your feet, problem-solve on the run and be adaptable
Highly organised and can maintain high consistency in service
