THE JOB

We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service and natural leadership skills to join our team! If you have experience in food, beverage, or gaming/TAB/Keno we would love to hear from you!

This role is currently available for 25+ hours per week, evening and weekend availability is essential.

  • Ensure excellent and professional customer service at all times
  • Ensure a good understanding of all food and beverage offerings throughout the venue, food service systems, and till operations
  • Lead by example and help support the ongoing training and development of the team
  • Provide ongoing support and reliability to Venue Management
  • Undertake general service duties of food and beverages
  • Proficient in the professional service/supply, dispensing/mixing of sophisticated drinks, liquor, and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Consistent and professional delivery of the venue’s products
  • Communicate and liaise with team members, kitchen, and other areas of operations as required
  • Maintain the clean and neat presentation of the work area – bar and restaurant area(s) by adherence to all operating policies and procedures
  • Follow Safe Work Procedures for all areas of the hotel at all times as per WHS Act 2012
  • Ensure personal compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
  • Any other duties directed by Management
