This is a unique post which enables the practitioner to work across multiply clinical areas and disciplines. Patient safety is at the core of this role as well as the desire to support and develop more junior staff. We offer a package of regular supervision, access to high quality training a varied and challenging role combining direct work with service users and carers with an active role in quality improvement, practice development and supervision.
