Job Description
Reporting to the Chief Engineer, our Maintenance Persons (Duty Technicians) maintain our buildings, plant, equipment, fixtures and fittings across our 3 Hotels.
You will learn and work alongside a dedicated team who perform a range of activities such as basic carpentry, plumbing, painting and general repairs.
You will perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the property’s facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for the guests.
You will inspect and perform preventative maintenance on property’s facilities and equipment, Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action and assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful way

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Highly responsible & reliable
  • Availability to work a range of AM and PM shifts including days, weekends and event days.
