We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Global Vice President of Engineering to lead our engineering teams worldwide and drive innovation in our products.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Technical or Engineering Bachelor degree combined with a strong business accumen.
  • Business fluent in German and English, written and spoken.
  • Proven experience as a Vice President of Engineering or equivalent leadership role in a global setting.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in product development with globally compliant design requirements.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and scaling engineering teams across different geographies.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align engineering initiatives with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Track record of successfully delivering complex, high-impact projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership to the global engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Develop and execute a global engineering strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and innovative solutions.
  • Define and implement the technology stack, architecture, and best practices to ensure robust and efficient engineering processes.
  • Build and manage high-performance engineering teams across different locations, promoting professional development and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of engineering efforts.
  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes to deliver products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and manage the engineering budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to meet project timelines and goals.
