Description:
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Risk Manager you will (be):
- Perform risk and valuation analyses on a range of illiquid assets with a focus on infrastructure equity
- Enhance risk management framework and develop risk indicators to identify, assess and monitor risk
- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews, policy update, procedure enhancement and risk reporting
- Contribute to the integration of Climate Risk and Sustainability Risk in the Risk Management Framework for illiquid Investment Strategies
- Establish and manage relationships with relevant stakeholders including researchers, portfolio managers and product specialists
We are looking for
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the asset management industry, preferably in a front-office (research or portfolio management) or risk management role
- Advanced degree in Economics, Finance or Quantitative fields
- Technical knowledge of financial markets, valuation methodologies and risk models (e.g., DCF, Multiple Approach, VaR, and stress testing)
- Industry certifications are a plus (e.g., CFA, FRM, CAIA)
- Previous experience at recruiting and managing resources
- Relevant experience with illiquid asset underwriting and risk assessment
- Deep knowledge of infrastructure equity asset class
- Sound knowledge of the real estate asset class
- Previous exposure to the asset management business, core risk management concepts, and regulatory frameworks
- Business acumen and strong communication skills
