SA.GLOBAL DEUTSCHLAND IS LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED DYNAMICS 365 CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE (CE) CONSULTANT/ SOLUTION ARCHITECT.

sa.global Germany is a relatively young part of our worldwide organization and is looking for a passionate Dynamics 365 CE Consultant and/or Architect who also wants to support in Pre-Sales Engagements and who is excited to grow our regional business together with a great team. Prior experiences in serving clients in the professional service industry or with clients with project-based operations would be beneficial. Experiences with Dynamics 365 Project Operations are much appreciated.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • First-class communication and presentation skills at all levels - both technical & non-technical audiences
  • Previous experience working as a Dynamics 365 CE Consultant/ Solution Architect/ Presales Consultant with a strong consulting acumen and understanding of Dynamics 365 CE from a functional and implementation perspective
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills both internally and externally supporting the sales team with bid management and RFPs
  • Capable of utilizing strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and writing skills to successfully interact with clients and the sa.global team
  • Ability to influence stakeholders throughout the sales cycle
  • Knowledge and experience in the professional service industry is a plus
  • First-class communication and presentation skills at all levels in German and English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent education and work experience is preferable

Responsibilities:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE PRE-SALES PART OF THE ROLE

  • Work with organizations across a range of industries to understand their challenges and goals through focused discovery sessions and workshops
  • Woo business and technical audiences through custom-configured product demonstrations you build and present
  • Assist with RFP responses, development of tailored solution designs, and other related documents
  • Provide technical and functional direction and input during the sales cycle
  • Confidently present and articulate the business value of the proposed solution to business managers and executives
  • Assist in designing customized solutions by defining the client’s needs that not only ‘fit for purpose’ but also align with the company’s best practices
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our industry and technology and act as an evangelist internally and externally

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE CONSULTING/ARCHITECTURE PART OF THE ROLE

  • Support the full implementation lifecycle of D365 CE
  • Advising and instructing the customer on the best use of Microsoft Dynamics D365 CE to suit their business requirements
  • Producing appropriate documentation to a high standard according to project methodology and phase
  • Ensuring that the Microsoft Dynamics D365 CE implementation is correctly configured and customised to provide the processes run as defined.
  • Designing Microsoft Dynamics D365 CE modifications to allow the customer to perform any procedures which have been identified as gaps.
  • Training of end users & ongoing support to customers following successful product implementation.
