As a Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant, you will be client-facing and responsible for the discovery, scoping, and collection of requirements to build and deploy solutions that are tailored to your customer. You will be a part of the Nordics CE (Customer Engagement) practice that consists of around 60 members in different roles as Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Developers, and Functional Consultants. We primarily work with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform and often collaborate with other practices, especially with Data & AI and Software Engineering. We have flexible work arrangements so you can work either from home or at Avanade’s or our clients offices.

Skills and experiences

  • Experience working as a Technical CRM Consultant
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Virtual Agents)
  • Technical experience and/or ability to configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., CE, Sales and/or Customer Service. Having Field Service experience is a plus)
  • Experience working with no-code/low-code development
  • Great interpersonal skills and experience in customer-facing rolesFluent in any Scandinavian language and English

  • Programming skills and understanding of JavaScript, C# and the .NET-framework
  • Relevant Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and/or Power Platform certifications
  • Experience leading project teams on a day-to-day basis with expertise, guidance and mentorship
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in the field of IT such as Computer Science, Information Systems, E-Business or similar
