Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to join our team. As the Lead Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering end-to-end Business Central implementation projects. Your expertise in Business Central, coupled with strong leadership and communication skills, will be crucial in ensuring successful deployments and client satisfaction.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central consulting and implementation.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in LS Retail
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex Business Central projects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
Proficient in using development tools and languages associated with Business Centra

Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership:
Lead and manage end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects.
Provide strategic direction and oversight to project teams, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Collaborate with Solution Architects on larger projects, and manage smaller projects and teams.
- Consulting and Client Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business processes, and providing expert guidance on leveraging Business Central to meet their needs.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on Business Central functionalities and best practices.
- Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants on the team.
- Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews of implemented solutions to ensure they align with client requirements and industry best practices.
Implement continuous improvement measures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Business Central implementations.
