Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As an E-commerce Analyst, your primary mission is to extract actionable insights from data, driving strategic decisions for our consumer electronics, pro AV, and musical instruments business. You’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing our online presence, enhancing sales, and capitalizing on opportunities. Importantly, this role encompasses both retail and wholesale aspects.
The ideal candidate will describe themselves as someone who is organized, logical, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Data Mining and Interpretation: Extracting insights from large datasets to inform decision-making.
  • Retail Analysis: Dive into retail data, including transaction records, customer behavior, and product performance. Identify trends, seasonality, and customer preferences. Analyze conversion rates, cart abandonment, and user journey.
  • Wholesale Analysis: Explore wholesale data, such as bulk orders, pricing structures, and inventory levels. Uncover patterns in B2B transactions and client relationships. Assess wholesale channel performance and profitability.
  • Sales Funnel Optimization: Map out the end-to-end sales funnel for both retail and wholesale. Identify bottlenecks, drop-offs, and areas for improvement. Propose strategies to enhance conversion rates at each stage.
  • Pricing Strategies: Collaborate with pricing teams to analyze historical pricing data. Determine optimal price points for different customer segments. Monitor competitor pricing and adjust our strategies accordingly.
  • Marketing & Campaign Analysis: Measure the effectiveness of personalized campaigns. A/B Testing and Experimentation. Design A/B tests to evaluate changes in website layout, product descriptions, or checkout processes. Analyze test results and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Create regular reports and dashboards for stakeholders. Develop standardized key metrics, trends, and performance indicators. Provide insights during cross-functional meetings.
