REQUIREMENTS:

  • Shares following values: dedication, positivity, integrity and inclusivity.
  • University degree, preferably in Data and Analytics, Digital, Economics.
  • We’re looking for someone with at least 3-5 years of experience in a position monitoring, managing, manipulating and drawing insights from data, and someone with at least 2-3 years of experience leading external teams.
  • Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources.
  • Strong command of Google tool suit such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager and Google Big Query. Strong command of Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset, creativity, curiosity, and the ability to prioritize and propose effective solutions.
  • Experience working with and creating dashboards using all relevant data to inform decisions.
  • Solid project management skills.
  • Experience of managing relationships with 3rd party agencies.
  • Strong sense of business ownership and accountability for own area
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze large volumes of data, derive insights, and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong presentation skills with confidence in presenting to C-suite level.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and conversion rate optimisation techniques is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity of website and mobile app development processes is a strong plus.
  • Fluent English (both verbal and written), additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to live and work in Budapest, Hungary

Responsibilities:

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

The Ecommerce Analytics Manager will play a key role in defining the strategy, optimization and management of wizzair.com and Wizz Air mobile apps customer behavioural analytics capabilities. She/he will be responsible for implementing measurements as well as collect insights and draw business critical conclusions about customer and market behaviour. The Ecommerce Analytics Manager will report to the Head of Ecommerce within the Commercial organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modelling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
  • Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics.
  • Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting employees with comprehensive policies and processes.
  • Oversee the data/report requests process: tracking requests submitted, prioritization, approval, etc.
  • Provide key insights about market trends and customer behaviour changes for the business as well as create forecasting of market trends
  • Develop and implement quality controls and departmental standards to ensure quality standards, organizational expectations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Organize and drive successful completion of data insight initiatives through effective management of analyst and data employees and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to stakeholders within and outside of the company.
