E-commerce Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage day-to-day operations for the company’s e-commerce platforms, including process daily sales orders, invoicing, attend to customer enquiries and handle returns.
• Work closely with delivery/warehouse team to ship out daily orders timely
• Upload product listings on e-commerce platforms
• Ensure product information (e.g. pricing/promotions/product images) are up-to-date
• Generate monthly sales report and work closely with finance team to provide supporting information for account reconciliation
• Resolve any e-commerce platform issues
• Responsible to design/re-design the company’s product packaging, creating promotional posters and web banners
• Provide administrative support and ad-hoc duties as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Business or related fields

• At least 1 - 2 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Illustrator or design related software.

• Proactive and positive attitude
• Excellent team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous with good organizational skills
• Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese stakeholders, including vendors and customers.
