Overview:
The main purpose is to convert the existing contractor (that has been renewed 1years) into an FTE role. This role is very important as a frontliner who will leading Ecommerce business Foods Category in Indonesia which contribute 5-7% sales contribution from total business Quaker and Snack
Total Ecommerce Food Business Value $3.5MM /year
Scope of the role , such as :

Responsibilities:

  • Leading as Ecommerce front line to deliver online sales target
  • Leading on Market Share and Brand Health Analysis in Ecommerce Channel & Digital Platform : Analyze Volume, Value shares and Brand Equity Scores to understand market & consumer trends in Ecommerce business and inform decision making. Develop holistic action plans (4P’s) for winning share improving Brand Health & growing consumption in Ecommerce Business & Digital Platform
  • This role will ensure the Marketing Campaign Development and Execution in Ecommerce business working closely with brand team: Development of communications and content around Quaker & Snack brands that influence consumer behavior. Coordinate advertising development, from identification of consumer insight to testing of final assets and deployment. Also, localize any global/regional content which is available and meets brand’s strategic imperative.
  • Leading on Commercial Planning/Execution for ecommerce channel : Support Commercial Lead with new commercial opportunities to drive additional business. Facilitate building of Joint Business Plans (JBP) and Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and align with internal team to ensure flawless planning and execution.
  • Leading on the process develop of campaign calendar in digital platform including Ecommerce : Development of campaign in digital & consumer promotion calendar which drives profit accretive incremental growth for TBC Portfolio by utilizing local agencies and partners. Ensure the execution of the calendar On-Time & In-Full.
  • Commercial representatives working closely with partner include distributor to manage ecommerce busines
