Description:

We are looking for an E-Commerce Business Analyst with a passion for data to sit within our CDMO function, engaging with stakeholders across all our divisions. You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Big Query & Power BI. Understanding of ecommerce metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, attribution modelling, retention, etc) and growth levers is required. Your entrepreneurial spirit will be encouraged to provide high quality insights and recommendations to key stakeholders to aid in effective business decisions.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Analyse and interpret online data from 4 major retail partners (retailer dashboards and scorecards, Beauty Tribe and other panels): sellout, category performance, web and audience, online activations.
  • Analyse and interpret D2C performance across 8 brands.
  • Work with division leads to understand data and business needs across various functional areas.
  • Deliver innovative solutions by translating data into actionable insights.
  • Conduct review meetings, and validate ideas and findings
  • Prepare business case and pilot ideas for improvements and/or implementations aimed at driving divisional and One L’Oreal performance.
  • Prepare and distribute reports on activities, outcomes, and recommendations. Liaise with key stakeholders to understand performance highlights.
  • Leverage business intelligence capabilities to design and produce bespoke dashboards, reports, and tools.
  • Main POC with CMI to create online market intelligence.
