TO DO
As an E-Commerce Coordinator at Neuhaus, you’ll play a key role in managing and optimizing our online sales channels, and have an impact on Neuhaus sales worldwide. You will work on SEO, digital marketing, webshop management and you will be cultivating partnerships with e-tailers, all to expand our digital reach and drive revenue growth in the digital space. You report to the E-commerce manager and are part of the Neuhaus digital team.
- Own the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform (Salesforce Commerce cloud), including product catalogue management, content updates, and merchandising.
- Identify and establish partnerships with e-tailers and online marketplaces to broaden our distribution network and reach new customers.
- Continuously optimize the online shopping experience on our website to maximize conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Actively participate in testing and implementing future functional projects and improvements on the web shop
- Participate in the development of the website with the aim to deliver great usability, ’on brand’ shopping experience and in line with the digital strategy.
- Liaise with customer service to address customer inquiries regarding products, orders, or returns efficiently. Support the team to ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and accurate responses.
- Ensure accurate web presence for our boutiques by updating opening hours, address details, and other relevant information across online platforms.
- Implement SEO best practices to optimize website content, meta tags, and product descriptions for improved search engine rankings and organic visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and expansion.
- Support Neuhaus digital marketing strategy, leveraging various platforms and tools to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth. Track paid ads on Google, LinkedIn, Meta for effective traffic and ROAS.
- Contribute to the development and execution of our e-commerce strategy in alignment with the company’s overall business objectives.
TO BE
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field and a proven experience of 2 years in e-commerce operations, preferably within the retail or luxury goods industry.
- Good understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce cloud,..) and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs, with hands-on experience in SEO implementation.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Strong communication skills (Dutch-French-English) with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build effective relationships.
