Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Product plays a pivotal role in the development and implementation of E-commerce tasks for Andoo.co.nz, to deliver a seamless user experience on our website for our customers. This role will be ultimately responsible for the digital experience for our customers from pre-sales through to post sale, ensuring
that our platform interface is engaging and functional. This role has direct exposure to Winning Group’s revolutionary, neuroscientific approach to business strategy, customer insights, marketing and our state of the art website algorithm. The E-commerce Coordinator will be influential in assisting the design and overall appearance of our websites, ensuring a smooth integration with our internal systems and synergy across each of our websites.
What Your Day-to-Day Might Look Like:
- Solve technical, product and customer experience problems, delivering innovative solutions.
- Adopt KPIs to increase website usability, customer satisfaction, and data completeness.
- Forecast and measure actual UX performance against targets, and identify, document and implement Business Process Improvements.
- Generate reports and dashboards for relevant stakeholders across the business.
- Create and enhance product and category data with an understanding of the importance of accuracy and SEO ramifications.
- Improve discoverability through taxonomy, UX, and search optimisation.
- Assist with eDMs, social media, and other marketing channels as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Extensive experience with ecommerce and product management platforms.
- Familiarity with data analytics, customer journeys and conversion rate optimisation.
- Technical understanding of APIs, feeds, and data exchange between platforms.
- An understanding of marketplaces across Australia and New Zealand.
- Fully conversant with digital content and advertising protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn.
- Commercial acumen.
- Team player.
