QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, with a proven track record of growing online sales.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and web analytics.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with luxury or heritage brands, is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in German and English are required; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • REVENUE GROWTH: Devise and implement strategies to increase revenue through the Original Sacher-Torte online shop. This includes optimizing product listings, promotions, and pricing strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
  • E-COMMERCE STRATEGY: Develop a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that aligns with the Sacher Group’s overall business goals, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and conversion rate optimization.
  • ANALYTICS AND REPORTING: Utilize analytics tools to track and report on the performance of the e-commerce platform, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE: Ensure an exceptional online shopping experience that reflects the quality and heritage of the Original Sacher-Torte brand. This involves overseeing website design, user experience (UX), and customer service policies.
  • DIGITAL MARKETING: Collaborate with the marketing team to drive traffic and sales through email marketing, social media and other digital marketing channels. Run SEO and SEM campaigns and align them with overall strategy to drive traffic to Sacher website.
  • INVENTORY AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT: Work closely with the logistics team to manage inventory levels, ensure timely fulfillment of orders, and optimize the supply chain for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • MARKET ANALYSIS: Conduct regular competitive analyses and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
