REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with Magento E-Commerce platform or similar E-Commerce CMS platforms.
  • Experience with email marketing and MailChimp, or similar email marketing platforms.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in E-Commerce and digital marketing, preferably within the financial services sector.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As an E-Commerce Marketing Manager within our client’s organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving online sales and revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives. Leveraging your expertise in E-Commerce and digital marketing, you will lead efforts to enhance the organization’s online presence and merchandising, optimize the mobile and websites as well as customer acquisition and retention strategies. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of E-Commerce marketing within the organization. This role is based in the office 5-days a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive E-Commerce sales and revenue.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including PPC, display, and social media.
  • Utilize data-driven target market insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Collaborate with the ecommerce team to optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure that the website presentation properly merchandises products.
  • Create monthly marketing reports, provide analysis and recommendations to management.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in E-Commerce marketing.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals.
