SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• In depth experience and knowledge of Governance, Risk & Compliance and Business Process Management modules ( minimum 7 years);
• Configuration/ creation of risks and risk related attributes, controls, business processes, business process modelling, organisational processes, etc;
• Configuration/ creation of related workflows;
• Configuration/ creation of reports;
• Configuration/ creation of profiles, roles and permissions, including data access rules to segregate the access to data stored in the same repository;
• Integrate the platform with other sources of information of the Bank (organisational units, applications) /French with excellent communication skills.

• Coordinating the different infrastructure tasks involved in the deployment, support and maintenance of the application eg for deployment of new modules, upgrades to the latest available version of the application ( currently Hopex V5 running in production) and underlying infrastructure (currently Web Server: IIS V10 , Java version: 1.8.0_271, MS SQL server 2019)
  o Request the server infrastructure, accesses and permissions;
  o Installing and configuring software of the different application environments;
  o Patching application to be compliant with the security policies of the Bank;
  o Upgrading applications with new releases and versions;
  o Coordinating infrastructure works with other IT teams, such as OS support or DBA;
  o Troubleshoot application infrastructure issues together with the respective IT teams;

o Ensuring that proper monitoring is put in place for the applications by creating and maintaining adequate monitoring tasks in the EIB standard monitoring tools (Splunk).

• Creating and maintaining technical documentation of the applications in the area of responsibility: installation, configuration, operation and so on;
• Ensuring that the application is compliant with the desired documented configuration;
• Proposing, analysing, creating specifications, developing and implementing tools to administer and support the infrastructure of the application;
• Performing backup/restore, fail-over and disaster recovery tests if required;
• Providing 2nd Level support to the users;
• Coordinating with vendor for resolving complex issues and deploy the latest packages;
• Validating and implementing changes as part of the change and release management processes;
• Performing analysis and resolving incidents as part of the incident and problem management processes;
• Creating user reports to support the user access recertification process of the Bank;
• Maintaining the allocation of license tokens to the users of the platform;
• Effective communication with various IT and non-IT stakeholders.
