E&I Maintenance Engineer / Chemical MNC / West

Our Client is a Chamical Manufacturing MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Senior Maintenance Engineer to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Responsibility

• Plan, schedule, and oversee all maintenance work orders, ensuring they are completed safely and promptly.
• Participate in periodic job rotation assignments within the Maintenance Department and perform duties according to Leader Standard Work.
• Ensure that all technicians and contractors adhere to EHS protocols, statutory regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain all critical and statutory equipment in compliance with regulations.
• Ensure the quality of maintenance work meets specifications.
• Properly archive maintenance records in the computerized maintenance management system.
• Report any deviations from EHS protocols, statutory regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Periodically review and update maintenance tasks, spare parts inventory levels, operating procedures, and risk assessments.
• Support the Production System by driving LEAN manufacturing initiatives to enhance plant reliability, productivity, and cost savings.
• Any ad-hoc duty or projects given

Requirement

• Min Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering
• Min 6 years’ experience in Chemical or Process Plant environment
• Working experience and knowledge in Maintenance and E&I
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications and CMMS
