The Opportunity
Come and join us as an E-Learning Coordinator! Reporting to the Manager of Training, Learning & Development, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming expert content into dynamic e-learning for ACCIONA’s platforms like Workday Learning and 3D Safety.
With your knack for collaboration and cutting-edge authoring tools, you’ll craft impactful training that aligns with our goals and the ACCIONA Integrated Competency Framework. Come and elevate our team with your skills and passion for innovative learning!
This role could be part time or four days a week and could be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide. Talk to us about your preference.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with LMS vendors Workday and 3D Safety to optimize platform functionality and stay updated on the latest e-learning trends and technologies.
  • Conduct user research, gather feedback, and utilize UX design principles to create intuitive and engaging e-learning interfaces.
  • Partner with SMEs across disciplines to align content with ACCIONA’s learning goals, best practices, and organizational needs.
  • Utilize authoring tools like Articulate Rise and Adobe Captivate for visual design, content translation, and interactive learning program creation.
  • Implement effective instructional design principles, maintain project documentation, and contribute to ACCIONA’s continuous learning and development strategy.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a large matrix environment.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications such as Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or a higher education qualification in Education.
  • Experience in designing and creating e-learning training and assessment programs.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
