RESPONSABILITY 2 : CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT, CAPITALIZATION OF KNOW-HOW, STANDARDIZATION AND INNOVATION
- Capitalize know-how, formalize issues, countermeasures and feedback
- Create and update the standards, generic specifications and design guidelines
- Participated in failure analysis, 8D, quality and safety
- Contribute to synergy team activities
- Propose, study and validate innovations on projects under development
- Keeping a technology watch on suppliers and at trade fairs
JOB TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Experience with PLC programming ; Siemens is a plus
- Technical knowledge on industrial equipment, automation, data management
- Fluent in German in spoken and written
- Fluent in English in spoken and written
- French knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge in Project Management. Ability to manage projects on quality, cost and time aspects
- Knowledge on the Customer Specific Requirement, Customer Specific System for their projects
- Knowledge of machine safety regulations
- Knowledge « Quality Basics » PO, Knowledge of Quality Process, Lessons Learned, Continuous Improvement
