RESPONSABILITY 2 : CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT, CAPITALIZATION OF KNOW-HOW, STANDARDIZATION AND INNOVATION

  • Capitalize know-how, formalize issues, countermeasures and feedback
  • Create and update the standards, generic specifications and design guidelines
  • Participated in failure analysis, 8D, quality and safety
  • Contribute to synergy team activities
  • Propose, study and validate innovations on projects under development
  • Keeping a technology watch on suppliers and at trade fairs

JOB TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Experience with PLC programming ; Siemens is a plus
  • Technical knowledge on industrial equipment, automation, data management
  • Fluent in German in spoken and written
  • Fluent in English in spoken and written
  • French knowledge is a plus
  • Knowledge in Project Management. Ability to manage projects on quality, cost and time aspects
  • Knowledge on the Customer Specific Requirement, Customer Specific System for their projects
  • Knowledge of machine safety regulations
  • Knowledge « Quality Basics » PO, Knowledge of Quality Process, Lessons Learned, Continuous Improvement
