The e-Rostering Advisor will be responsible for all aspects of the Healthroster systems administration across the Trust. This will involve templates production, supporting existing users on electronic rostering, devising and running training sessions, and ensuring accuracy of employee data via the ESR Gateway. As a key member of the rostering team, the post holder will:

  • Support the day-to-day usage of the e-rostering system by providing technical expertise to resolve frontline user issues swiftly.
  • Support roster creators and department managers with advice and guidance on using the system and effective rostering principles, promoting best practice.
  • Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders in the divisions and services.

To resolve technical and rostering process / management queries regarding Healthroster and associated modules.
Where necessary to escalate complex issues to the eRostering Manager
To support the rollout of all new Healthroster product releases and upgrades as directed by the eRostering Manager
demonstrating understanding of HR systems and processes in order to support the seamless interface between ESR and Healthroster, maintaining data integrity
Attend key operational meetings as required, challenging trust managers and services on areas of KPI non- compliance and provide the support and guidance to resolve any issues identifie
