ABOUT THE JOB
Based in Lisbon and reporting to the Business Solutions Manager (CMCC Brussels), the E2E Partnership & Business Solutions Officer operates as product support, in partnership with different CM Teams, depending on the product / project involved (Marketing, International Billing, Compliance, Payment Product Mgt, …). His/Her mission is to be the single point of contact for Corporate Clients, Bank partners such as Fintechs & Startups, or other internal departments needing assistance with BNP Paribas Products and Services within the scope of Cash Management, Treasury, B2B
PROFILE AND SKILLS TO SUCCESS
Bachelor Degree in Economics / Finance / Accounting / Marketing and Communications or related
At least 2 years of experience in Client and Cash Management
Advanced level of English, both written and oral
Knowledge in MS Office Pack
Ability to manage / facilitate a meeting / seminar / committee / training
Attention to detail / rigor
Analytical ability
Critical thinking
Client focused
