JOB DESCRIPTION

Join General Dynamics IT and be a part of a team of men and women that solve some of the world’s most complex technical challenges. The Navy’s Enterprise Authoritative Data Environment (eADE) team is seeking an Oracle APEX Developer to join their team.
This is a REMOTE opportunity.
The program overall will maintain Navy O&M and Research/Development/Test and Evaluation (RDTE) for Navy Personnel and Pay systems. The eADE team will apply an authoritative data sharing framework that supports data analytics and business intelligence functions to the HR systems.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or another related field
• 5+ years’ experience designing and building software applications.
• Expertise in Oracle APEX Development, Oracle Database and Web Technologies.
• Proficiency in diagnosing issues and debugging APEX web applications to ensure reliability and performance.
• Security+ certification
• Active Secret Clearance

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Skills in advanced user interface and user experience design with Oracle APEX.
• Knowledge of Oracle APEX and Oracle database performance optimization techniques’
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
