QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Psychology or related field
• Solid project management and organizational skills
• Excellent active listening skills and verbal communication
• Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution

• Manage end to end process of recruiting and onboarding providers to the MindFi EAP network.
• Be the principal contact for the MindFi EAP network for both providers and users.
• Collaborate in creation of marketing related direction and materials for the EAP Program.
• Communicate with the Engineering Team to ensure that the EAP Platform is effectively supporting the EAP Network.
• Communicate with the Sales & Success Teams to ensure appropriate EAP coverage for corporate clients.
• Communicate with the Sales & Success Teams to schedule corporate training delivered by the EAP network.
• Organise classes and group care on the MindFi app, to be delivered by the EAP network.
• Conduct provider satisfaction surveys to understand the provider experience and improve it.
• Provide input for incentive schemes and other programs to build provider loyalty and improve provider experience.
• Assist Clinical Care Manager in research and administration.
