- High profile position supporting the Graduate and Clerkship program
- $110,000 - $120,000 depending on experience
- Initial 12 month contract
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Graduate Recruiter to join the Early Careers Team of a leading professional services firm and be responsible for attracting their future talent, with a specific focus on Law Clerks and Graduates. This is an initial 12 month contract
Responsibilities:
- Engage your stakeholders (both internal and external) to attract, engage, select and onboard new talent
- Act as a brand ambassador with external partners - including organising and presenting with confidence at external events e.g. Universities, Careers Fairs and onsite events
- Implement and execute market-leading engagement programs to provide students with an insight into the world of commercial law
- Manage the social media engagement – being as an innovative and creative as possible!
- Take a leadership role in the recruitment of Clerk and Graduate programs
- Identify and proactively manage emerging talent.
In order to be considered for this role you must:
- Have proven experience in a graduate-recruitment focused role and have been responsible for the full end-to-end remit
- Have a strong working knowledge of the Australian academic system
- Have previous experience of working in a complex, global environment
- Be a self-starter with a pro-active approach to graduate recruitment
