This role is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both from home and our San Francisco, CA office.

What the day will look like
As a team member, you will experience the inner workings of Aon’s People Organization Strategy team. Day to day responsibilities will align tasks with the following strategic initiatives: HR Governance and Compliance HR Process Improvement HR Data Governance People Risk Management

Applicants for this role should graduate between Spring 2023 to Spring 2024 with their Bachelors degree and have a GPA of 3.0 or above.

The target salary range for this position is $68,500 - $72,500 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
