The Opportunity
An exciting and fast-paced role in which you will own the candidate attraction and engagement activities, along with the recruitment delivery, of Lendlease Australia’s undergraduate and graduate campaigns. Working as part of the Early Careers Team you will drive close collaboration with business leaders and stakeholders, the broader Talent Acquisition Team and HR colleagues, ensuring the recruitment plan is fully executed and key milestones are met.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Campaign based recruitment activities:
  • Executing the campaign recruitment plan, making any necessary adjustments along the way
  • Reviewing & communicating progress to all partners and stakeholders
  • Ensuring timelines are clear, adhered to and key milestones achieved.
  • Operational recruitment activities:
  • Reviewing and assessing a high volume of applications and assessing video interviews
  • Leading the co-ordination, planning, and scheduling of all assessable activities
  • Facilitating group activities & participating in face-to-face interviews
  • Communicating application outcomes to all applicants
  • Social media and marketing activities:
  • Creating engaging content to effectively communicate programs to candidate audience.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders & colleagues to amplify campaign messaging.
  • Partnership activities:
  • Arranging & attending promotional events e.g., careers fairs, university events etc
  • Networking with applicant cohorts in-person to increase application rates.
  • Working with strategic partners to target specific demographics & locations.
  • System activities:
  • Working across multiple systems to deliver the application to offer recruitment process.
  • Extracting and collating data for reporting, providing any insight to relevant stakeholders.
  • Diversity activities:
  • Creating and executing a comprehensive sourcing strategy that attracts a diverse application pool, ensuring diversity targets in each location are met.

About you:
A highly organised and energetic individual, you will thrive in a fast-paced delivery role. Able to work autonomously, your previous campaign delivery experience will ensure you understand the critical role that you play in the bigger picture. Your ability to collaborate with colleagues and engage with stakeholders will set you apart from your peers.

Your previous professional skills should demonstrate competency or experience in the following areas:

  • Participating in or being responsible for the delivery of recruitment activities for a high volume of roles simultaneously (100+)
  • A deep understanding of the Early Careers or Campus recruitment space
  • Demonstrated experience creating and socialising recruitment marketing content.
  • Advanced stakeholder engagement skills, able to build strong and effective relationships quickly.
  • Problem solving skills, able to solution problems as they arise.
  • Comfort & confidence working with data, interpreting information to deliver insights, as well as using data to drive decisions.
  • Strong written and communication skills, able to communicate effectively across all audiences.
  • Experience working with HR or Recruitment platforms e.g., Workday.
  • Able to travel interstate without restriction during key campaign delivery phases.
